This policy explains when you can cancel and get your money back. It applies to individual purchases on ODA3.Academy. Team programmes follow the cancellation terms in the organisation’s proposal or agreement.
1. Self-paced online courses
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course and have not been issued a certificate for it.
2. Live cohort courses and workshops

You can send a colleague from the same organisation in your place at no charge, up to one business day before the first session. Tell us their name and email.
3. If we cancel or change a course
If we cancel a course or workshop, or make a material change to its dates, format or content after you paid, you can choose a full refund or a transfer. This applies whenever the change happens.
4. How to ask for a refund
- Sign in and use the refund request form. Give your order number.
- We acknowledge your request within 2 business days and decide within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. The money normally reaches you 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank and the payment gateway.
- Where a GST tax invoice was issued, we issue a credit note for the refunded amount.
Access to the course ends when a refund is made.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but your order shows as failed, or you were charged twice, contact us with the order number. Gateways normally return failed payments automatically; we will check and refund any duplicate charge in full.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
